Hello from the other Ming in NYC.

A fellow blogger/friend told me there's a new Ming in town. :-)

Yeah what a happy shot! It's hard getting a pumpkin around here in France... You can buy pieces of pumpkin at the grocery store. But somehow carving a pumpkin shard is nooooooooot the same!

Ming - Yes, there has been mass confusion!

Marie - I wish I could send you a pumpkin!

Barbara - I too wonder about that...

Sorry, there is only ONE MING. We can't handle any more. So how big is Halloween in the Big Apple? Do kids Trick or Treat? Whatever, it's too early to be talking about this.

Gosh. I'm so very sorry about all the confusion. Hopefully people will be able to get used to two Ming's in NYC on here. Surely this isn't the first instance of repeat name and city in this massive community.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Virginia - I think Halloween is very big here, at least the adult version. I will be able to give a full report after this, my first one as a resident.

I'm used to there being 2 Ming's already! You guys should get together and have a cup of joe together... Well tea for you Miss Ming! I think that it's cool!

I think this is indeed the first time a city has had two DP blogs by people with same name, especially an un-common name like Ming (I don't know any other people called Ming).

BTW (Ackworth Born and Hyde DP are both Gerald - like others I have separate blogger-IDs I use with different blogs - so easy for me to talk about confusion, eh!)

Cute! Halloween stuff's all over the stores here in Metro Manila too — even though the Philippines doesn't really 'celebrate' Halloween!

NOW I get it. I thought Ming 1 was pulling our leg. I will admit he's a handful, but we will get this Ming 1 and Ming2 thing figured out. Welcome aboard.
